Dashboard
The Dashboard offers a centralized overview of activity and usage metrics on the Network Copilot platform. It enables administrators to track system adoption, monitor operational trends, and grasp overall platform utilization at a glance.
The data on the dashboard can be filtered by time range to examine usage patterns over specific periods.
Dashboard Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, a summary row displays key platform counters:
Users - Total users configured in the system.
Projects - Number of projects created.
Chats - Total chat conversations generated.
LLMs - Number of LLM integrations configured.
Agents - Number of agents onboarded.
Devices - Total devices registered on the platform.
Data Connectors

Shows the total number of data connectors configured, along with a donut chart illustrating the breakdown by connector type. The chart divides connectors into API and Local MCP Server categories, each with a count and percentage share.
Data Connectors Activity

Features a bar chart illustrating connector activity over the selected time range, with bars categorized as Active, Inactive, or Error. This helps administrators spot trends in connector health across days.
File Upload

Displays the total number of files uploaded (shown as 16 files in this example), with a trend chart tracking Upload, Delete, and Total counts over time.
Individual Queries

Shows the total number of individual queries executed during the selected time range (135 in this example), along with a percentage change. indicator showing growth relative to the previous period.
Time-based Filter

Network Copilot provides time-based filtering to refine dashboard metrics within a specific time window. The filter bar at the bottom of the dashboard allows users to select from the following predefined ranges:
1 day
7 days
30 days
90 days
365 days
All dashboard widgets - including Data Connectors Activity, File Upload trends, and Individual Queries, update based on the selected range.
Network Copilot Storage

Displays the total storage capacity of the Network Copilot deployment alongside current usage. A horizontal bar chart provides a visual breakdown of Used versus Available storage at a glance.
Capacity - Total available storage for the deployment (636.23 GB in the example).
Used - Current storage consumed, shown as both a percentage (46.5%) and absolute value (296.01 GB), along with a percentage change indicator relative to the previous period.
The storage widget follows the same time-based filter as the rest of the dashboard, allowing administrators to track storage growth trends over 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 365 days.
Usage and Monitoring
Metrics are updated automatically based on system activity.
Provides visibility into platform adoption and usage patterns.
Helps administrators identify growth, usage spikes, or underutilized features.
Access
The Dashboard is available in Admin View and is accessible only to users with administrative privileges.
