Preferences

The Settings section is accessible from the Preferences menu and provides users with visibility and control over their personal settings within Network Copilot. It contains the following sections:

Data Connectors

Displays all data connectors currently accessible by the user. Users can view connector details including Provider Type, Connector name, Description, Type (API or MCP), Status, Last Activity, Connected date, and any associated Tags. Connectors are read-only in user view; configuration is managed by administrators.

Devices

Lists all devices registered in the platform, showing the Host/IP, Status, Last Synced date, Connected date, and Tags.

Files

Displays files that have been uploaded and made available to the user. The list shows File Name, Description, Uploaded date, and Tags.

LLMs

Shows the LLM models currently configured and available to the user. Each entry displays the LLM Name, Description, Status, Last Synced date, and Connected date.

Agents

Lists all agents that have been approved and made available to users. Each entry shows the Agent Name, Agent Description, Version, Uploaded date, and Status.

Users with the Submit Agents permission can upload new agents from this view using the Upload Agent button. Uploaded agents are submitted for administrator review and follow the approval workflow - the agent will appear with a Pending status until the administrator approves or declines it. Once approved, the agent becomes available to all users on the platform.

For full details on the upload and approval process, refer to the Agent Onboarding section.

Archive

Provides access to archived chats and projects. The Archive is organized into two tabs - Chats and Projects, and can be sorted by name or searched.

Notifications

Allows users to manage their notification preferences. Users can choose to subscribe or opt out of the following events:

  • I am mentioned in a chat

  • Someone adds me to a project

Both notifications are enabled by default and can be toggled individually.

Sign Out

Ends the current user session. When Sign Out is selected, a confirmation dialog appears asking the user to confirm.
