Mark for RMA
Navigate: Manage >> Device >> (Mark for RMA)
Enter the RMA Ticket ID and Mark for RMA
RMA Process
Navigate: Configuration >> RMA
Start RMA Process
Select 3 dots for more options: Start Replacement
Select The Device and Select Next
Select the Backup we need to push & Next
Details are ready, Select Replace and ONES will start the Replacement
